Visiting pilots should know that Rochester Airport is PPR only and would ask all pilots to read the section Additional Important Information prior to departure.

You will see a menu at the top of the screen titled RACC which stands for the Rochester Airport Consultative Committee which we are hosting here on their behalf together with PAFRA who are are supporters and friends of the airport.

For visitors arriving here by foot or car (plenty of free car parking alongside the hub building) please take some time to see what may be of interest here and in the local area.

There are two viewing areas for the public to watch the aircraft movements one of which is outside the cafe. In the summer the airfield is busy with light aircraft movements and throughout the year there are a number of different rotary visitors such as National Grid , Police , Pipeline as well as many others!
