The plan is built around six pillars: lease extension and long-term partnership; a GA centre of excellence; an aviation education and skills campus; future aviation, eVTOL and drone innovation; commercial and property development; and community integration and social licence.
“The Strategic Business Plan provides a clear direction for Rochester Airport and sets out our ambition to grow the airport as a professional, welcoming and sustainable general aviation hub for the South East,” said Ben Spiers, Airport Director. “This is about investing in the airport’s future, supporting our existing community and creating new opportunities for aviation, business and education.”
