Uplift 50 litres or more and your landing fee is halved.
The visiting fuel-uplift discount takes 50% off the standard landing fee for the same visit. It cannot be combined with another landing discount.

Discounts and exceptions.
Fuel uplift: visiting aircraft that uplift at least 50 litres during the visit receive 50% off the standard landing fee (not circuits, parking, handling or out-of-hours charges; subject to fuel availability). Touch-and-go outside a one-hour circuit session: 50% of the applicable landing charge. Maintenance arrivals: one complimentary landing for an aircraft arriving for pre-arranged maintenance. Based aircraft: 50% off landing and circuit charges plus 100 complimentary sorties a year, pro rata.
Emergency and precautionary landings: Rochester takes part in the AOPA Strasser Scheme. No landing fee is charged for a genuine emergency landing or an unavoidable safety-related diversion by a general aviation aircraft; tell the airport as soon as practicable.
Aircraft above 2,500 kg, turbine-powered and unusual aircraft are by prior written agreement with the Airport Director.
Parking and hangarage
By wingspan band.
Day parking is free until the aircraft stays its first night. Bands are set by wingspan for fixed wing and main-rotor diameter for helicopters.

Which band is my aircraft?
Indicative examples from the tariff: Ikarus C42, Cessna 150/152 and Chipmunk are FW2; PA-28, Super Cub, Cessna 172 and 182 are FW3; Cirrus SR20/22, DA40 and Seneca are FW4. Robinson R22 and R44, Cabri G2 and Bell 206 are RW1; H125, AW109 and H145 are RW2. The flight manual or the airport’s measurement decides.
Seven days or more
Stays of seven consecutive days or more are by agreement. Monthly parking and hangarage need 30 days’ written notice; a current monthly agreement gives the aircraft based status and the based-aircraft discount. Flex-wing and unusual aircraft are assessed on footprint.
Out of hours
Flying outside licensed hours.
Licensed flying is 08:30–17:30 local all year. PPR is required for every aircraft and departing aircraft must book out.

Unlicensed does not mean serviced.
Approval of an unlicensed or out-of-hours movement does not imply that a flight information service, rescue and fire fighting, fuel, inspection or handling are available. Where an operation legally needs a service that is unavailable, it will not be approved.
