PPR requests. Pilot name, contact details, aircraft, route, timings, people on board and services. Sent to the tower by email so we can confirm your arrival, and kept with the airport’s movement records.
Noise concerns. Your name, contact details and the details of the event. Used to investigate and reply, and to review recurring themes. Personal details are removed before a concern is discussed at the Rochester Airport Consultative Committee.
Careers and general enquiries. Your name, contact details and message, used to reply to you. If you apply for a role, your application is kept for the recruitment process and deleted afterwards unless you ask us to keep it for future vacancies.
Forms on this site are sent to the airport team by email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the airport except where the law requires it.
Weather and other services
The weather on the home page is fetched by your browser from Open-Meteo. That request carries no personal information. Links to the CAA, NATS, GOV.UK and other sites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
