Check the briefing
Read the pilot information, the current UK AIP and NOTAMs, and the aviation weather for your route.
02 · Prepare
Gather your details
Aircraft registration and type, departure point, expected arrival time and any fuel or parking you need.
03 · Request
Send the form
Choose PPR for an arrival or Book out for a departure, tick the box if you need both, and the form goes straight to the tower.
04 · Confirm
Wait for confirmation
The tower confirms by email, with any conditions and the briefing for the runway in use. Do not depart without it.
