Rochester Airport has unveiled a refreshed brand and new website, bringing together its aviation heritage, its role in the Medway community and its ambitions for the future.
The new identity is built around the message “Fly. Connect. Belong.” Each word reflects an important part of the airport’s purpose.
Fly is at the heart of Rochester Airport. It represents the pilots, aircraft, flying schools and aviation businesses that use the aerodrome, and the airport’s responsibility to provide a safe and welcoming place for them to operate.
Connect describes the opportunities the airport can bring together: pilots and flying, visitors and the airport, businesses with one another, and young people with the chance to learn about aviation. It also reflects Rochester Airport’s aspiration to play a positive role in Medway’s future.
Belong captures the welcome the airport wants everyone to feel. Whether someone is a long-standing airport user, a new colleague, a visitor to the café or a member of the local community, Rochester Airport wants them to feel part of its story.
The new website makes it easier for pilots, visitors, businesses and the community to find practical airport information, explore the facilities and businesses based on site, and follow the airport’s community, education and development work.
Reduced landing fees for visiting aircraft take effect on 1 October 2026. The standard landing fee for a single-engine fixed-wing aircraft will be £18. Visiting aircraft taking at least 50 litres of fuel will receive a 50% discount on the landing fee, reducing it to £9. Based aircraft operators will also receive a 50% discount on landing and circuit fees under the new tariff structure.
The airport is also preparing for the next stage of Ground Control Coffee. Refurbishment work is due to begin this week, supporting the café’s development as a welcoming place for airport users and visitors.

“Our new website, reduced landing fees and investment in Ground Control Coffee are practical steps that support that vision and help make the airport more accessible.”
The wider tariff changes, including hangarage and commercial operator charges, are due to take effect from 1 November 2026.
